Gurjit Lalli
CEO / Senior Executive Officer

Gurjit is a seasoned Investment Banking professional with over 25 years of experience, specializing in leadership roles across Europe and the Middle East. He began his career at Deutsche Bank in London, where he developed expertise in Corporate Finance and played a key role in high-profile leveraged finance syndication deals. In 2016, Gurjit relocated to the UAE, where he focused primarily on Emerging Markets.
Before joining IStar Capital as CEO and Senior Executive Officer, Gurjit held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Officer at Finstreet Limited, a regulated firm within the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM).
Gurjit possesses a unique combination of commercial acumen and profound expertise in strategic growth, operational excellence, and innovation. This skill set empowers him to effectively address the distinct needs of his clients. His dedication to disciplined execution further cements his reputation as a valuable asset in the Investment Banking arena.
Oleg Jelezko
Director
Oleg has 30 years of experience in investment banking, advisory, and management across the UK and emerging markets. As Managing Director and Head of Structured Products at Renaissance Capital, he built structured products, derivatives, alternative investments, and an internet trading system. Earlier, he was Director and COO at Credit Suisse in London, overseeing derivatives and emerging markets equities trading. He started his career as a consultant with Andersen Consulting and McKinsey in the UK and Czech Republic.
Olivia Gregg

Olivia has over 15 years of experience in investment banking with a focus on emerging markets. She specializes in corporate finance, equity sales, and sales trading across Russia and the CIS. Her previous roles include positions at Sova Capital and Otkritie International, where she worked across a range of investment products and client types. Olivia holds a BA (Hons) in Spanish and Business from Newcastle University and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
