Gurjit Lalli

Gurjit has extensive experience supporting and building Investment Banking and capital markets platforms across the region. Most recently, he served as Group Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Officer (regulated role) at Finstreet Limited in ADGM, with responsibility for operational efficiency and oversight across business lines and functions including legal, HR, technology, compliance, risk and procurement, while also leading regulatory, commercial, operational and governance matters for the capital markets division.

He is widely regarded as a strong people leader and “Chief of Staff” style operator with strong commercial acumen, a track record of driving operational efficiency, implementing enhanced processes, and mentoring high performing teams.
